§ 5 Remuneration
Remuneration, commissions or fees are governed by the respective agreement.
§ 6 Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded – to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
§ 7 Tax and return notes
Tax effects depend on individual circumstances. Return figures are forecasts and not a guarantee.
§ 8 Confidentiality
Documents and information provided are to be treated as confidential.

To the extent permitted by law, Czech law applies. The place of jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions and the individual contractual agreements.
